We welcome you to learn about what we do and how we do it. Learn the process of organic/sustainable farming from production to consumption through Eden EarthWorks Apprenticeship/Volunteer program or simply volunteer.

 

Apprenticeships/Volunteers learn:
•  Saving seeds, propagating plants, planting, harvesting
•  Compost building – vermicomposting, soap making
•  Beekeeping, good animal husbandry
•  Hand weeding the community gardens


Share what you have learned at Eden Earthworks and share the importance of locally grown food with your community group, your church group, and your family.  The Eden EarthWorks volunteer program is a great family day activity. Recommended attire:
Long aerated pants to protect from bug bites
Waterproof shoes (it can get muddy)
You also may want to pack lunch and plenty of water for a picnic on the farm.
